What are the risks of online booking?

How can I pay?
We charge your credit card with the rental deposit by the secured PayPal system. We usually charge 25% of the total amount on most bookings, however a few apartments require 50-100% credit card payment at the time of the reservation. This will guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card ( and American Express via Fax). Upon arrival, you are required to submit the rest of the rent in cash to the owner.
When do I get charged?
You are charged the deposit (usually 25%) of your stay at the moment of your booking on-line. The remaining 75% you will have to pay by cash to the owner. However a few apartments require 50-100% credit card payment at the time of the online reservation.
Must I confirm my reservation?
No. Your reservation is automatically confirmed, however we will make sure you get the apartment’s owner’s numbers and email before your departure, so you can alert him on eventual late arrivals or delays, directly.
What if I do not have a credit card?
Contact Us for our bank details to make a wire transfer.
What amenities can I find in the apartments? Are linen and towels included?

At your check-in a member of our staff or the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment at the time agreed. You will get the keys or an access code to your holiday rental for your stay.

Yes, our prices are all inclusive, however we strongly invite you to consider your use due to environmental concerns.

Rome conforms to the European Union standards (excluding the standards used in the United Kingdom). 220V.

When is check-in/check-out time?
� CHECK IN FROM 1PM TO 9PM The owner or one of us will be waiting for you at your Rome apartment at the estimated time of your arrival and for one additional hour if necessary. You are required to be exact and punctual on your arrival time at the apartment in Rome. After the reservation is made, you will receive the check-in and check-out manager's phone numbers and a some extra information on how to get into your dream apartment in Rome. If you're late, and we can't get in touch with you or you don't alert on time, we'll charge you an additional fee of 50 Euros to any late check-in fees if applicable. This additional amount has to be paid in cash upon check-in. � CHECK OUT FROM 7AM TO 11AM Where self-check-out is permitted: Self check out is easy. You lock the doors with the numeric keypad or throw the keys back to the apartment through the mail slot. Maintenance usually starts working on our apartments by 11:15 sharp, so if you plan to check out late, please let us know in advance. Everywhere else: Please advise our management when exactly you will be leaving the apartment in Rome so you can give back the keys. Failing to do so will result in penalty of 150 Euros. � EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN AND EARLY/LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: If you don’t plan to check-in or check-out in the time-frame provided, please advise us at least 72 hours after booking. Early/Late check-in/check-out can be arranged for 39 Euros per occurrence if available by purchasing our ANYTIME CHECK IN or ANYTIME CHECK OUT service. If you check-in/check-out early or late and you don't have our ANYTIME CHECK IN/OUT service already paid for, we'll automatically charge 95 Euros as a penalty to your credit card on file. It’s always safer to buy our ANYTIME CHECK IN/OUT service and if you end up not using it, we’ll give you a full refund. As a courtesy, when we can predict an early/late check-in/out from your arrival details, we automatically add this service for you. Also, for check-ins after 8 P.M., an additional amount of 50€ will be requested by your contact upon your arrival.
Is there a minimum stay required?
No. Rather than a restrictive minimum stay, we have introduced a convenient minimum charge instead, for each apartment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are only accepted at least 5 days prior to arrival. If you paid in full with a credit card, we'll refund your money promptly, minus 25%. If you only paid a deposit, we'll keep the deposit.
If you don't show up at all, and don't advise us about canceling, we cannot refund your money, but we'll give you 15% discount on your next stay. For those properties, where only 25-50% advance was required, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card one day after your missed arrival.
